I lead HS2 Solutions' Experience Design team of Experience Strategists, Researchers, UX Designers, Visual Designers, Content Strategists, and Copywriters. It's a great team that does amazing work.
I help clients understand problems, identify patterns, overcome obstacles, design solutions, test hypotheses, and create amazing digital products and services. I lead teams that turn theory and research into actionable insights and award winning designs that create results for my clients.
My experience extends across a range of technology, financial services, health care, ecommerce and marketing clients, including Whirlpool, Maytag, eBay, MillerCoors, Allstate, Sears, Hewitt Associates, Emerson, Kaiser Permanente, Wilson Sporting Goods, and H&R Block. I have a BA in History and Psychology from Carleton College and a MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
